Dinners & Luncheons

Whether you are entertaining clients for lunch or whether you are having a large dinner party or banquet, we provide the same type of food, equipment, presentation and service right across the board. Everything is 5* Please see the list of foods below. We are continually creating so there is likely to be even more choice! If catering for a large function the facilities, distance from kitchen to function room, etc. must be taken into consideration therefore possibly limiting your choice of menu. Our main concern is that hot food is hot!

Chicken breast parcels with ham and asparagus, in filo pastry, served with rich sauce
Chicken breast fillets in a coconut crust with ginger and mandarin
Chicken breast with a prune stuffing encased in parma ham
Roast turkey, stuffing balls, sausages in bacon cranberry etc.
Fillet of beef “Wellington” ( small numbers only)
Premium sausages with colcannon
Pork fillet on champ with a tasty orange gravy
Pork loin with walnut stuffing balls, fried apple rings and champagne sauce
Moroccan spiced loin of lamb
Leg of rosemary and garlic lamb with diced apricot and stuffing rounds

Five spice duck breasts with mange tout and orange
Duck breast with port and black cherry sauce

Following the dessert course you may have a cheeseboard of 4/5 cheeses, with grapes, celery and biscuits
