The Dinner Set was established in 1977 in London. Now in Cardiff we serve the M4 corridor and will cater for larger events within a 200 mile radius of Cardiff.

We cater for all types of functions from boardroom luncheons to office buffets to banquets.

We are renowned for our great food, impeccable presentation with intricate detail paid to colour and style. We have a wonderful team of friendly, efficient, unobtrusive staff who regularly work together. With the combination of this team and great food our delivery of quality service is second to none.

To meet your requirements we can arrange anything from a "drop off" buffet to the complete package of a fully served meal, including drinks, entertainment, floral arrangements etc. We have the experience and expertise to take everything out of your hands if it will be of help to you.

We can cater for both corporate and private events.

Drinks can be offered on a sale or return basis at very competitive prices. Please note that if you prefer to supply your own we do not charge corkage. Our staff will be happy to serve you.

All menus include linen, fine white bone china, beaded polished cutlery, and a fresh flower arrangement in the quoted price. Also included is delivery and collection. Some prices can be found on the "popular menus" link, or you may make your own menu from the list of available foods and we will price it accordingly. We aim to work to your budget, so if you are impressed by The Dinner Set but have a limited budget please contact us and we will do what we can. As the menus are guidelines only you are free to interchange, add items or even suggest to us something you have been served in a restaurant

Our prices do not include staff. We will recommend the number of staff required for your event, the current hourly rate being £8.50

For weddings and larger functions we ask for a deposit of 15% of the expected bill at the time of booking with the balance to be settled on or before the day of the event.
